Welcome, baby! An update from postpartum rest mode.
Hi, and I hope you are having a happy summer!
It’s been a while since I published and am proud and happy to share the news of the birth of my husband’s and my fourth child.
He was born at home in with an uncomplicated and short labor. Our whole family is so in love!
This pregnancy, I worked hard to apply all the circadian knowledge I have gleaned and been sharing with you here. As part of that, I tracked myself with Oura ring (in airplane mode, of course). It gave me so much interesting data!
One of the best parts about using Oura has been learning how to nap better—and how to tell when I needed them! But right now, I’m enjoying using Oura in “rest mode” while I recover from giving birth. Here’s where you can get your own ring and start learning more about your sleep:
